Grand Prize Draw
With every $125.00 you receive in pledges, your name will be entered to win either a $1000.00 gift certificate for WestJet OR a $750.00 gift certificate for Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. These prizes have been generously donated by Roy Financial Services Inc. **WestJet gift certificate is for air only, cannot be used for Westjet vacations and expires May 26, 2009.

1. Participants will have their name entered into the draw with each $125 they collect in pledges.
2. Sponsors, sponsors staff and immediate family members, City Council and senior city staff, Parents’ Place Staff and immediate family members are not eligible to win the prize.
Options for non eligible participants
- The planning committee would like to offer you the opportunity to “Pay it Forward”. You may enter your name into the draw and if you are selected to “Pay it Forward”. The other option is to have your name excluded from the draw.
Pay it Forward Recipients
- We will be collecting ballets of eligible recipients for the “Pay it Forward draw”. These individual must be St. Albert & Area residents who due to financial circumstances would not otherwise be able to go on such a trip. It will be up to each agency to ensure that the names they enter in the “Pay it Forward” draw fit the criteria. To ensure continuity we will use the FCSS family subsidy sheet.
- You may enter one name for every $125 you collect in pledges.
- There will be a separate draw barrel that will be provided for the ballots.
- These confidential ballets for “Pay it forward” will be provided for you to place in the bin.
- If you are the lucky winner the “Pay it Forward” name will not be released to the public. We will simple state that the prize has been paid forward.

Draw Date: After June 21, 2008
Location: St. Albert Parents' Place
1. Sponsors, sponsors staff and immediate family members, senior staff of participating charities, City Council and senior city staff, Parents’ Place Staff and immediate family members are not eligible to win the prize.
2. The results of the pledges raised will be compiled after June 21, 2008, documented and reviewed by 2 individuals to ensure accuracy. The winners will be determined based on total pledges raised and submitted.
